Practice makes perfect. Nothing feels better than finally facing what you fear the most. However, on the journey to success, the critical move is the one just past your fear. When I first started in network marketing, I had come from a construction background. Accustomed to doing business face-to-face, I was not wild about prospecting on the phone. However, many people I knew in the industry were combining email along with the telephone and getting awesome results! So, I decided to pick up the phone and began prospecting across the country. Although I didn't do well the first few months, I finally overcame the fear when I realized that if someone hung up on me, the world didn't come to an end.
