Plan 1: No Commissions and No leads / $23.95 per month.
Plan 2: No Commissions and 50 leads per month / $26.95 per month.
Plan 3: Commissions and No leads / $37.95 per month.
Plan 4: Commissions and 50 leads per month / $39.95 per month.
$6500 non-refundable initial set up fee for all plans based upon 5,000 members or less. $8000 for 5,001 to 10,000 members. $11,000 for 10,001 to 20,000. $23,000 for 20,001 to 30,000 members.
This may be split into two payments. 50% down and 50% upon completion of your system. This is a non-refundable fee. Completion is 7 working days from the date of us receiving the cleared initial deposit and the required information we need from you to build the system. Weekends and holidays are non-working days.
Monthly Billing
Your member is billed directly by us for the per month amount and you receive a commission back from us on any plan for the overage. We accept Visa - MasterCard and AM EX from the member. This way there are no billing issues with no programming on your part to get the system up and running very quickly. Our commission back program puts you into profit quickly. Your members are given a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee to ensure they are completely happy with the system and it actually does what they expected! We also take care of payroll for you by issuing Members Commissions via check or PayPal payment on the 15th of each month for commissionable sites. A one dollar per member fee is deducted from your monthly overages to contribute to the merchant account processing fees, chargebacks and payroll processing.
$150 per month for hosting per 2000 members. (this is paid or free members)
N0 hosting fee is billed until usage reaches 500 members.
In addition, there is a one time fee of $1500 for each 5K members using the system. For example: if your co-brand started at 5000 members or below, once you reach 5001 free and paid members you would pay a one time fee of $1500. Once your membership reaches 10,001 you would pay another one time fee of $1500 and so on as the membership grows.
$150 per month for 24/7 live support per 2000 members. (this is paid or free members)
Free, for first three months or until usage reaches 500 members, whichever comes first. At this point you still have choices. Pay us the $150 per month, take over the Live Support yourself, or discontinue Live Support. Support will always be given by us through our support ticket system regardless of the status of Live Support.
$200 annual SSL certificate fee.
Billed to your credit card on file with us annually.
Company must maintain one position.
One paid position of any chosen plan must be maintained by the company. This will be your main sign up page for all your representatives or future referrals. If you have chosen a commissionable plan this position earns as well. Commissions are paid in addition to the overage.

Leads provided include: Name, Address, Phone, Email, Date, IP address and have been generated through a business opportunity landing page. They are an email opt-in lead designed to build databases which will be responsive over time. The leads are not targeted to a specific geographical location. Prices of Plans with leads are subject to change if we should incur higher costs in generating the 50 leads. A notice of any price change will be sent 30 days prior to the change taking effect. You may opt to receive less leads at the current price for your members.

You'll need 2 domains or URL’s pointing to your co-branded sites, which we will provide for free as part of the set-up cost. One will point to your main Visitors site and the other will point to your Prospecting sites. Example, if your company domain name is http://www.yourbusiness.com, you could use http://www.yourbusiness.net or http://www.yourbusiness.biz, or another name of your choosing.

My iMarketOnline system will be reviewed upon clearance of the initial payment. No work will commence until all needed information has been sent to iMarketOnline. I agree to all fees as stated on this webpage and a contract will be sent to me upon clearance of my initial deposit.
